  1. So many recipes these days have heavy cream and parmesan or some other type of cheese in the recipe. I'm lactose intolerant myself so I don't believe I could get away with eating it but im general isn't all that heavy cream and cheese going to make these dishes awfully fattening?

  2. That’s a different take on chicken Marsala . But , with that Demi glace ( which I’ve never seen put into chicken Marsala ) I bet it’s very tasty . He left out the onions , to me chicken Marsala needs lots of sliced soft onions and mushrooms .
