Out of all the food network shows yours was my favorite to watch because you cooked like my mama, but then it came out that you were racist and it broke my heart because you seemed like such a nice lady. Black people watched your show and were fans too. I know because I was one of them.

Love Paula Dean. I have not seen her in over a decade. She was always my favorite cook because her recipes are completely doable, down to earth, practical and tasty. I thought she had suffered from diabetes, I'm not sure, but I'm certainly happy to see her again, doing what she does best.

All of these dessert recipes look so delicious Paula. I've made the eclair cake so many times. It happens to be one of my favorite desserts in the world. I learned how to make it back when I was in Highschool.

Will you please make gingerbread cookies? My brother is your biggest fan. He makes homemade cheesecakes and so much more. I would really love if you would send him a card or a cookbook signed. Our dad passed away in May and its a sad time.
