【材料】
たまご5つ
豚バラスライス200g
醤油大さじ2
砂糖大さじ1
【作り方】
①沸騰した熱湯へ常温に戻した卵を投入し、転がしながら中火で5分半茹でる
②冷水で素早く冷ましながら殻を剥く
③豚バラスライスを巻き付けたらフライパンでサッと焼く
④火を止めたら醤油、砂糖で軽く煮詰めて完成
