Salt to taste
Oil to Deep Fry

SAUCE –

Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Garlic – 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilies – 2 nos.
Spring Onion Whites – 1tbsp (Chopped)
Bell Peppers – 1/2 nos. of each
Onion petals – 10-12 nos.
Chicken Stock – 1.25 cup
Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Light Soy Sauce – 1.5 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
White Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn Flour Slurry – 1-2 tbsp
Spring Onion Greens to garnish
