  1. In 1990s NYC, There was a great Greek mid high end restaurant called Periyali. They had a grilled octopus starter made nearly the same way. Bought fresh then frozen to break down the fibrous flesh. Grilled then same after treatment. Plenty of lemon. Woof. Now I need some.

  2. Finally someone giving out great info on octopus. Been chef at a Spanish place for around a decade now and we do exactly that. Freeze it, steam it and then we opt to marinate it as well in some olive oil, lemon, parsley and garlic then roast it and hit with some aioli, chili oil, herbs and lemon zest for serving.

  3. Jesus died on the cross to pay the price of our sins so that whoever believes and put their faith in Him may be saved.

" For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life " John [3 : 16]

And Jesus is coming back soon. This is why we need to repent and change so that we may be ready for the day of the last judgment.

(Repentance isn't just saying sorry. It also means turning away from our sins.)

"You also must be ready therefore, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not expect Him."
    Matthew [24 : 44]

Choose well which path you will take.

“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few."
    Matthew [7 : 13 – 14]
