damn cabron, that's another smoker I've been wanting, lol. Gotta load it up with a variety of different meats so we can see how it gets down.
I'd like to see some half chickens, leg quarters or something if you were doing a big cook since that's what it seems marketed for. Though I have no practical use for it, it's still a nice looking smoker and the intake valves are simple which I can appreciate.
