  1. I'm a hot chocolate Enthusiast. Come November (I live in NC and TBH it usually doesn't get bone cold 🥶 around here till February.) I'll have my chocolate ball stash ready and waiting.

    In the meantime I'm thinking cold 🧊☃️🌬️thoughts in 106° degree weather. 🥵

  2. To save on plastic, you can use silicone round candy molds instead! To make truffles, roll the chilled ball in your hands for a bit, then into the topping of choice (nuts, coconut, etc). I love making these ^^
