<제육볶음 레시피🍳>
재료: 제육볶음용 고기 600g(앞다리살 사용, 고기는 5~6cm 로 잘라주세요), 대파 한대, 청양고추 2개, 다진마늘 1큰술, 양파 작은거 한개,깨
*고기 재우기: 간장 2큰술, 알룰로스 2큰술, 후추 1/2작은스푼 양념이 잘 배어들도록 버무려주세요. (30분 재우기)
*양념장: 고추장 2큰술, 고춧가루 3큰술, 굴소스 1큰술, 알룰로스 2큰술(없으면 설탕 대체 가능), 맛술 5큰술 잘 섞어준 후 10분정도 상온에 놔두기
1.대파와 청양고추 2개는 총총 잘라주기,
양파는 채썰어 준비해주세요.
2.팬에 오일 2큰술-> 다진마늘 넣고 마늘기름 내주고(약불) 앞다리살 넣고 볶아줍니다(중불로 올리기)
3.고기가 80% 익었으면 양파와 양념장 넣고 양념장이 고기에 배이게 볶다가
4.마지막에 청양고추 2개, 대파 넣고 살짝만 더 볶아주면 완성 입니다!
통깨로 마무리 해주세요✨
알룰로스를 설탕으로 대체시
고기 밑간할때 한큰술만 줄여주세요!
