Isn’t cutting the stem better than a snap? I thought Dan showed this in the video he did about asparagus.
Editor can go back in and add the oven temp. Not difficult, lmao.

1) Currently, there are about as many enquiries about the oven temperature in this short as Morgan says "asparagus";
