Just a tip when grilling chicken. After the chicken is at least 80% cooked, either wash or leave the tongs over the fire. Cross contamination is no joke. And for anyone who wants to know the proper way to store raw chicken (according to health department standards) it needs to be double bagged and in a plastic container with at least a 4" wall on the lowest shelf in the refrigerator.
