Eggless 15 Min Whole Wheat Cake

Ingredients for Cake

• Whole Wheat 1 Cup (Approx 140g)
• Curd Half Cup 70g
• Oil 1/3 Cup 70g
• Jaggery Powder Half Cup 100/g
• Coco Powder 4 Tbsp 25g
• Baking Soda 1/4 Tsp
• Baking Powder 1 Tsp
• Salt 1/4 Tsp
• Milk about 1 Cup Or according to the adjust the Consistency
• Dark Chocolates on Top

You can also mix Jowar and Atta Half – Half Cup(Whole Wheat & Sorghum).
Grease Oil in the Mould and pour the Batter and On High Flame 15 Min in Kadhai
and 220c in Preheated Oven for 35 Min

  16. I have used exactly same ingredients in exact proportions,but my cake has turned out chewy and heavy and also it took me about 45 mins for my dipped knife to come clean…. while yours was fluffy ,airy and smooth….can you help me on where I could have gone wrong
