  1. Mandy I am a long time Ky Sub that finds your channel so uplifting and wonderful recipes. You have such a bright spirit and awesome warm personality indeed. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes and technique step by step on making the recipes.

  2. Great news about the smaller wok being available! I have your regular wok, and it can be a little large for me to make my meals as I am a single guy, living alone. I do have an old 9" wok that I've been using for around 20 years and love it, but I do not have a cover for it. Including the cover makes this a no-brainer. I've always wanted to get a similar sized one and use two at the same time, one for the main dish, and the other for fried rice or side vegetables, so I'll be ordering your new one very soon!👍

  3. Great video. I'll check out your smaller wok. Are both your woks flat bottom woks that work better on American stove tops? I recently got a new stove and oven. The stove top is a glass/induction stove top so that's why im asking. Have a great day 🌤.

  4. Thank you Mandy for the right recipe for me at the right time! Additionally the WOK… it's what I've been looking for – it's perfect for a one-person household and I can finally use my metal spatula which a bought a year ago 😇
Just ordered it and I also have your great book. ❤🍜🍜

  5. Good to see you offering a smaller wok for those of us who have RA or just love cooking Chinese food for one or two people. After trying a 14" CS wok, a 12" CS wok, and a 9" cast iron wok, the 9" is my "go-to" wok 90% of the time. I'll take a look at your 10" CS wok. Enjoying the recipes offered in your cookbook. P.S., just ordered the 10" CS wok. Looking forward to getting it seasoned and putting it to use.

  6. I've never used a wok before (and I see this one already comes pre-seasoned) but I want to know how to safely clean the wok after using it to make sure it lasts as long as possible. 😀
