Looks great. I will have to try this on my Blackstone. I am a retired chef and a new sub. I am traveling this summer while living out of my truck. I will be bringing my 22 inch Blackstone with me and cooking on the road. I love your videos.
Oil, salt pepper and put on smoker low heat one hour then slice and finish on the black stone. 👍 Romans 10:9-13
