  1. I saw your video (and had a large fresh broccoli in the fridge). Followed all your instructions for peeling, cutting and roasting and it turned out delicious! We had that for dinner and both my husband and I loved it. Thank you!

  2. It's cheaper per pound, but is the nutrition from the stem good enough to make it worth it? Most of the value in broccoli is in the florettes anyway, and aside from fiber, the stem doesn't contribute nearly as much. So if you average out the nutrition by weight, is it still cheaper than buying the crowns alone?
