How to Make Chamorro BBQ RIBS #Shorts



The smell of Chamorro barbecue ribs cooking on the grill is unmistakable. There is just something about soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and good ole pork fat cooking on a bbq pit with charcoal or wood. These Guam CHamoru ribs go great with red rice and potato salad too, the perfect side dishes. If you’ve ever wondered how to make Chamorro bbq ribs, this is it.

INGREDIENTS
Set 1
3/4 cups or 150 grams light brown sugar
2 teaspoons or 6.5 grams garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon or 1.2 grams black pepper
A handful of sliced yellow onions
1 cup or 237 milliliters Kikkoman style soy sauce
1 cup or 237 milliliters white distilled vinegar
