シチリアやお隣のカラブリアあたりではこの「貧乏人のチーズ」をふりかけたパスタによくお目にかかりますね。
たいてい塩気もガツンときいていてけっして洗練されたものではありませんが、不思議と懐かしい味わい。やはり南イタリアの人たちには郷愁の味なんですかね。
