  1. Visited Dallas area last year to eat BBQ. We heard from locals Dwayne’s was going to make the top 10. So we made the drive and ate there. The OG burger blew my family away. Everything was great, the food was prepared perfectly and the staff was top notch. Loved the experience and still have my sticker on my cook notebook.

  4. That's a good looking baloney recipe. Think I'll try it next week.
    I have a Bella cold smoker, I mix pellets with chips before loading them in the smoker. I was told this helps them light , as well as, burn better. I dont know if its true or not, I've never tried comparing. Thanks for the video.
