  1. I feel like since we're preheating the oven anyway, you can easily roast some broccoli in there while it gets up to temperature and you prepare everything else. Coat some florets evenly in olive oil, salt, and pepper, spread on a sheet tray and throw it in the oven as it heats up. It'll roast gently and you can pull it at your desired doneness to add to the chicken and cream cheese mixture, even cut it up into bite sized chunks. Nice and easy way to add some deep roasty flavor and nutrition to the dish.

    I also agree with the sauteed onions and celery crowd. Some extra veg certainly can't hurt.
