    🥘 Ingredients (सामग्री)

    * Pasta – 1 cup (boiled) 🍝
    * Garlic (lehsun) – 1 tbsp (chopped) 🧄
    * Ginger (adrak) – 1 tsp (chopped) 🌿
    * Onion – 1 (sliced) 🧅
    * Capsicum (simla mirch) – 1 (sliced) 🫑
    * Red chilli sauce – 2 tbsp 🌶️
    * Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp 🌿
    * Soy sauce – 1 tbsp 🥢
    * Vinegar – 1 tsp 🍶
    * Salt – as per taste 🧂
    * Cornflour slurry (1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water) 🌽
    * Garam masala – ½ tsp ✨
    * Coriander powder – ½ tsp 🌿
    * Red chilli powder – ½ tsp 🌶️
    * Grated cheese – 2 tbsp 🧀

    👩‍🍳 Method (विधि):

    1. *Boil pasta* – Pasta ko namak wale paani me boil karke side me rakh lo. 🍝
    2. *Tadka base* – Ek pan me thoda tel garam karke usme lehsun, adrak aur pyaaz daal kar golden hone tak bhuno. 🧄🧅
    3. *Veggies* – Ab isme simla mirch daal kar halka crunch rehne tak fry karo. 🫑
    4. *Sauce mix* – Ab red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soy sauce aur vinegar daal kar achhi tarah mix karo. 🌶️🥢
    5. *Slurry* – Thoda sa cornflour slurry daal do jisse gravy thodi thick ho jaye. 🌽
    6. *Spices* – Garam masala, dhaniya powder aur red chilli powder dal kar mix kar lo. ✨
    7. *Pasta add Ab boiled pasta daal kar achhi tarah toss karo taki sauce har jagah lag jaye. 🍝
    8. *Final touch Gas band karke upar grated cheese daal do aur thoda melt hone do. 🧀🔥
