THE REAL TRAGEDY IS YOU WASTED THE OIL. ALL YOU HAD TO DO. WAS LET IT COOL AND OFF OF THE FLOUR WITH SYNC TO THE BOTTOM AND YOU HAVE FRESH OIL STILL AT THE TOP.SO THAT'S THE REAL TRAVESTY.IS YOU PUTTING THAT POWDER IN THE OIL AND WASTING ALL OF YOUR OIL

You have to use a specific type of flour to achieve it. I can’t remember the make up of it but it has rice and wheat flour with corn and tapioca starch in the mixture . It’s a vietnamese frying flour .
