EASY Honey-Braised Pork Ribs Recipe



These honey-braised pork ribs are crazy good — tender, sweet, and super flavorful. The sauce is sticky and just right, making every bite seriously addictive. Perfect for a quick, delicious meal that feels fancy but is easy to make!

Ingredients:
🥣For Marinating:
* 600g pork spare ribs (soft cut)
* 2 tbsp honey
* ½ tsp white peppercorns
* 10g garlic
* 10g coriander root
* 1 ½ tbsp mushroom soy sauce
* 1 ½ tbsp ketchup
* ½ tsp Golden Mountain seasoning sauce
* 1 tsp sweet soy sauce

🕒 Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge (regular compartment) before cooking

🍳For Cooking:
* 500ml water
* 1/2 tbsp honey (to add at the end)

👩🏻‍🍳 Instruction:
🔹 Part 1: Marinate the Ribs
1. Crush the white peppercorns , garlic, and coriander root, into a paste.
2. Add the pork ribs in a large bowl, mix with mushroom soy sauce, Golden Mountain seasoning sauce, honey, sweet soy sauce, ketchup, and the paste. Toss until fully coated.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors soak in.

🔹 Part 2: Cook the Ribs
1. Heat a pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add the marinated ribs (with all the marinade) and stir-fry for 2.5 to 3 minutes until fragrant and slightly browned.
3. Pour in 500ml of water and bring to a boil.
4. Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour.
5. After an hour, open the lid and stir the ribs. Cover again and simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. In the final stage, remove the lid and stir often as the sauce thickens and reduces.
7. Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of honey, mix well, and turn off the heat.
