I looked up how pectinase is made and as a microbiologist, it's pretty fascinating!
How much does this cost?
I love the pith. OJ with no pulp just doesn’t taste right.
I totally wanna try this!! I can stand the texture.
Pectin is very healthy tho.
However, your body needs that fiber!
i think i'll stick to peeling it off. I just want a quick snack.
DEL MONTE Tangerine 🎉🎉😂
Boo~ just eat it, you’re a chef graze! (Fr This is cool though)
I’m sure that’s not healthy lol
“lobster too buttery” ahh
How about just let the citrus soak in some water to soften the pith – works great.
the problem is that the water leaches out the flavor too.
My mom said that she ate oranges with all the pith on them when she was pregnant for the nutrients.
Rubbish!!!😂😂😂😂
It’s called insoluble fiber, and there’s nothing wrong with it.
In fact, we can all benefit.
It helps to push things through.
Or a knife
Great tip!
unless you're trying to impress someone, that's ignorant to remove a healthy part of the fruit
How does it affect the taste?
Ew
Pectin is good, actually.
No one needs this useless product
Or you can just eat the fruit as God intended😂
Just eat a fruit. Stop this nonsense
That stuff is super cancerous pls don’t 😢
I'm not waiting
Wow. That’s awesome. I’ve never heard of this before. Now I need to find some. 😊 Thanks!
What happens if i put my hand in it?
Can you eat the pectinase water with the slighed bits afterwards? Imagine its prolly pretty good for you if edible…
Who knew 😮?
Aren't those membranes / pith the healthiest part of the fruit?
