A quick recipe
To a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard, 1/2 tbsp Channa dal, 1 tsp urad dal, 1/4 tsp cumin, curry leaves & 1/4 cup chopped onion.
Sauté for 1 min and add 1&1/2 cup chopped beans, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, salt & 1/4 cup water and cook for 5 min.
Now to a pan add 1 red chilli, roasted peanuts 3 tbsp, coconut pieces 5-6 and roast for a min.
Grind to a coarse paste and mix with
beans
Add coriander leaves and serve it
