Such a versatile veg. Need them quickly, into the microwave, whole or cut, tiny bit of water… zap till done. Then eat them with olive oil, s & p , plus parmesan. Also, instead add to anything ie: a veg sauté . Add pasta or rice … side dish. Add a protein main course. 😋
