  1. I used to love watching the VS show every year. These are incredibly beautiful women and they should be celebrated every bit as much as any other "regular" woman. But I do NOT want to see some fluffy Heffalump in her underwear walking down the stage. AND I AM A FLUFFY HEFFALUMP!!! So I should know!! I don't want to see ME up there and I don't expect millions of others either.

  2. My family does a similar version of the French Dip crock pot sandwiches but I add in two good sized onions that have been sliced down and lightly sauteed before being dumped in the crock pot over the beef. Then I do a can of beef broth or beef consomme, a can of campbells french onion soup concentrate, and a bottle or can of a dark beer (the alcohol will cook off). Then we serve the beef shredded with those slow cooked onions on ciabatta rolls – makes for much better dipping because the bread really holds up! SO FREAKING GOOD!

  3. The "swamp potatoes"…….when I moved to Louisiana and met my husband, one of the first dinners my future mother in law made to "introduce a Yankee to some real southern cooking" was this dish. Although in her version, the fresh green beans were the major ingredient. She would cut them into bite sized pieces, then add chunk red skinned potatoes, chunks of smoked ham, onion and garlic and cook until the potatoes were fork tender. Delish!!!

  4. I can’t stop watching your videos since I found them!! ❤ Could you please make a Nightshade free AIP video?!! 🙏 I’m recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and all I eat is nightshades! 🤣 I cook a lot of Italian and Jamaican food. Not sure how to get around NO tomatoes or curry. 🥴

  5. I made the swamp potatoes yesterday, but I used white potatoes, and my Instant Pot's slow cooker setting. Some of my potatoes didn't cook through, but the flavor was still so yummy. Next time I'll buy the yellow potatoes, and I'll use a real crockpot. Tonight I made the Salisbury steak with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots as my sides OMG!!!!!!! It was so GOOD!
