I love John Kanell's videos, but from my humble bakers perspective, some of his recipes don't seem entirely necessary to me. Why invent apple pie cinnamon rolls, when you can make both an apple pie and regular cinnamon rolls with vanilla glaze? I would rather put in the work to make both as separate but equally delicious treats.
