📌 Ingredients: ✨

For Gravy:

Butter – 1 tbsp

Onion – 1 large (cut into cubes)

Tomato – 2 medium (cut into pieces)

Cashew nuts – 10 to 12

Ginger – 1 inch piece

Water – as required for blending

Ghee – 1 tbsp

Black cardamom – 1

Cinnamon stick – 1 small piece

Star anise – 1 small

Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp

Chopped green chillies – 2

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

Cumin powder – ½ tsp

Coriander chutney – 2 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Sugar – 1 tsp

Fresh cream – ¼ cup

Kasuri methi – ½ tsp

Butter – 1 tbsp (for finishing)

For Stuffed Paneer Rolls (Dolma):

Paneer – 1 cup (crumbled)

Grated ginger – ½ tsp

Chaat masala – ¼ tsp

Garam masala – ¼ tsp

Kasuri methi – ¼ tsp

Chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashew, raisins) – 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder – a pinch

Salt – to taste

Sugar -– ½ tsp

Thin paneer slices – 4 (large pieces for wrapping)

Foil paper – for rolling
