Hello Jules my man, thx fot the video as always! First of all I love this technique, it'as quite common in asian cooking to extravt a maximum of flavor out of lobster/shrimps etc for aroma oil (For Ramen etc). QUESTION. why didn't you pound or blend the trimmings in order to get the most out of it? Wouldn‘t it be much more effective this way?
