乾咖哩怎麼可以這麼好吃啦😳
原本聽到「乾咖哩」三個字，我腦中只有乾乾像肉燥飯的畫面，結果入口根本漢堡排等級，香濃又多汁。重點是做法簡單到不需要動腦，真的誰做都能成功🔥🔥
🍛 乾咖哩配方
牛絞肉 150g
雞絞肉 150g
薑片 2片
蒜頭 少許
洋葱 1/3 顆
紅蘿蔔絲 適量
牛奶 200ml
咖哩塊 2 小塊（個人偏愛好侍咖哩🍛）
硬起司 少許（可加可不加）
🍳 鍋具小建議
影片使用的是 33 公分神田鐵鍋。大家常問尺寸怎麼選？
如果家裡是瓦斯爐、空間也夠，我們都會建議選大一點的鍋，炒起來才會真正游刃有餘😂
33 公分其實也不重（約 1.3 公斤），女生也完全能輕鬆駕馭🫶🏼
