乾咖哩怎麼可以這麼好吃啦😳
原本聽到「乾咖哩」三個字,我腦中只有乾乾像肉燥飯的畫面,結果入口根本漢堡排等級,香濃又多汁。重點是做法簡單到不需要動腦,真的誰做都能成功🔥🔥
🍛 乾咖哩配方
牛絞肉 150g
雞絞肉 150g
薑片 2片
蒜頭 少許
洋葱 1/3 顆
紅蘿蔔絲 適量
牛奶 200ml
咖哩塊 2 小塊(個人偏愛好侍咖哩🍛)
硬起司 少許(可加可不加)

如果家裡是瓦斯爐、空間也夠,我們都會建議選大一點的鍋,炒起來才會真正游刃有餘😂
