I notice that Pitmasters do not want to give away their seasonings, but what does it matter if they can't replicate your cook?

Compart ribs are great. I’ve gotten a call whenever I use them. So are Prairie Fresh – have you tried those? Lots of KCBS teams in the Rocky Mountain region use them with good results. I haven’t tried them yet.
