  1. I don't care what anyone says. I know it's alot more work. BUT PLEASE try it once….
    CUBE IT, PAN SEAR EVERY EDGE OF EVERY CUBE, THEN ADD TO CROCK POT…. omg… the carbonization of the edges adds SO MUCH to the flavor. otherwise it just tastes like bland meat and soup.
