I love the rolls and the special sweet butter that they have at the Texas Roadhouse in Meridian. Do you know what their secret is to make the special butter they use for those rolls? It's like whipped butter with a slightly sweet hint of cinnamon. Like it's not normal butter. Sort of butter, but sort of like the whipped texture of whipped cream cheese, but not creamed cheese. It doesn't have cream cheese in it. I'm just trying to explain the whipped texture that it has. I don't know what their secret is but it's not just regular butter.
Could you do a recipe for that to go with these rolls? Hopefully you know how to make it because that would be amazing to go with these rolls.
