  1. I’ll take her advice and try ground chicken, turkey or even pork actually. Looks like a delicious and healthy quick meal. I wonder if it would make a good filling for rice paper rolls with a peanut dipping sauce…

  2. No. Chinese egg rolls require pork or chicken. And the reason why you don’t use coleslaw is because they’re not gonna use Chinese celery, a key flavor component of an egg roll. Not to mention that it has mayonnaise which is not used in egg rolls.

    Call it anything not related to an egg roll. /endrant
