🛒 *INGREDIENTS MENTIONED & PROCESS:*

*For the Chicken braining:*
• Chicken pieces: 2
• Vinegar/sirka: 2 tbsp
• Water: 3 glass
⦿ *Completely submerge the chicken in the vinegar-water & let it soak at room temperature for 15 minutes.!*

*FOR THE CHICKEN MARINADE:*
• Yogurt/dahi: 1/2 cup
• lemon juice: 1 tbsp
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
• Red chili crushed: 1 tsp
• Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp
• Crushed black pepper: 1 tsp
⦿ *Mix well*
⦿ *After 15 minutes of soaking, Thoroughly rinse the chicken. Then, use paper towels to pat it completely dry, both inside and out.!*

*FINALIZING/COOKING:*
• Oil: 2 tbsp
⦿ *Cook chicken over a medium-high heat for 2 to 2½ minutes. Do not flip or turn the chicken during this time. *
⦿ *Now, add the remaining chicken mixture. Add a few drops of water to it as well.*
⦿ *Cover it & cook it for 15-16 min on low flame!*
⦿ *After 4 to 5 minutes of cooking, carefully flip the chicken over to the other side. Once flipped, cover the pan again.*
⦿ *Cover it & cook it for 5 min on low flame!*
⦿ *Now, take a aluminum foil or metal plate & place it.!*
⦿ *Now, take the burnt coil & place it on the foil or metal plate. Then, carefully drizzle a single drop of oil directly onto the coil. *
⦿ *Cover it & smoke it for 2 min.*
⦿ *Now, garnish the chicken with chopped fresh chilies & sliced lemon.!*
