Times & temps 👇
• 165°C – 75 mins (ROAST mode, two-zone)
• 250°C – 30 mins to set the crackle

Dry skin. Jaccard the skin – 90% of people fail and get inconsistent results because the skin of the pork is not dry. Comment Help me if this you!

  1. Here I thought the grill was even going to turn on everything for you and even turn the meat. Lol, what lazy grillers we have these days.
    I'll gladly keep to the most manual and cheap grill I can find, since I much prefer babysitting the grill over anything to do with socializing with people, and it gives me an excuse to stay away from them. 😅🔥
