Ingredients:
* Raw mango (half pieces)
* Tomato
* Green chillies
* Garlic cloves
* Salt
* Sugar
* Black salt
* Red chilli powder
* Cumin powder
* Onion
* Fresh coriander leaves
* Oil
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add raw mango pieces, tomato, green chillies, and garlic cloves.
2. Add salt, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
3. Remove mango pulp and peel off tomato skin.
4. Blend everything with sugar, black salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder.
5. Add chopped onion and fresh coriander leaves, mix well.
6. Serve with roti or rice.
