Chocolate Bread Donut Recipe

Ingredients:

* 6–8 white bread slices
* 1/2 cup milk (for dipping)
* Oil (for deep frying)

For Chocolate Ganache:

* 1/2 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
* 1/4 cup fresh cream

For Garnishing:

* Sprinkles
* Crushed nuts (almonds/cashews)
* Chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

1. Start by cutting the edges (brown sides) of the bread slices.
2. Lightly dip each bread slice in milk—do not soak too much.
3. Gently press and squeeze the bread to remove excess milk.
4. Shape it into a donut by rolling and making a hole in the center.
5. Heat oil on medium flame and deep fry the donuts until golden brown and crispy.
6. Meanwhile, prepare chocolate ganache by heating cream and mixing it with chopped chocolate until smooth.
7. Dip the fried donuts into the chocolate ganache, coating them evenly.
8. Garnish with sprinkles, nuts, or chocolate chips as desired.
