OREO CAKE POPS
Ingredients:
1 family size package oreo cookies (crushed)
1 block cream cheese (softened)
1 cup white chocolate chips
dab of coconut oil
red white and blue star sprinkles
Instructions:
Pour crushed cookies in a large mixing bowl and mix with room temperature cream cheese to form a dough ball. Separate small sections of cookie dough and form into cake pop bites and set aside on parchment lined baking sheet in fridge until firm. In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate and coconut oil for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Once cake pops are firm, dip in white chocolate and top with sprinkles. Set in fridge until chocolate coating has hardened and stick with cake pop sticks. Enjoy! 😋
