I should probably thank you for not emulating the table-side raw egg thing. I tried that and couldn't hold back my gag reflex.
Adding finely grated Parmasano into the dressing is a great tip! Thank you so much! I will do it. 😊
In Canada, Caesar always comes with bacon bits. You have to ask for them to Leave it off, and many places pre make them and won’t comply.

That salad looks nice and cool for summertime.
I use 3/4 can of anchovies in the dressing, 1/2 FRESH lemon juice, with DRY mustard and a ehope coddled egg
Then I take the other 1/4 can of anchovies finely chopped and sprinkle it over the salad then toss. Some use crispy bacon too, bit ibptefer the fuzzy fish
Everyone losing their minds about eating lettuce now. 🙄
So silly. Get over it.
NOTE: FOR THOSE UNABLE TO EAT RAW EGG…
I use 2 hard boiled egg yolks and wisk it with 1T olive oil . This way elderly & children who are advised not to eat raw or partially cooked eggs will be fine.
Delicious 😋

Caesar Salad is one of my favorite things in the world!
The Caesar salad was invented on July 4, 1924, by Caesar Cardini, an Italian immigrant who operated restaurants in Mexico.
He created the dish at his restaurant, Caesar’s Place (located inside the Hotel Caesar’s), in Tijuana, Mexico.
One of best caesar salads i ever had grilled the romaine…
