  1. A Breville ‘Control Freak’ isn't just an expensive regular induction burner. It’s a specialized commercial-grade laboratory instrument disguised as a kitchen appliance. Like comparing a Mercedes S-Class to a Toyota Corolla. The technology in the Breville unit is over the top. Out of my price range, but I want one.

  2. I appreciate the effort you guys take in looking for budget picks!

    I don’t know if $150 is budget pricing for this category … cheaper doesnt always mean budget. But, I’ll assume this means there isn’t a competent option for 100 or 70 or whatever.
