One dish meals are great! Be it for busy days or lazy days or simply because you’re just cooking for one or two people.
This dish is somewhat like our Stir Fried Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onion except that in this recipe, Roland modified the recipe slightly to make it suitable for our Muslim viewers or for those of you who do not have any Chinese cooking wine at home. Hope you’ll enjoy this recipe!

Oh my god!! I just tried this and it is so so good! Gonna make it again soon!
Hi. Can you please confirm how much chicken you are using? Is that 420gm of chicken? It looks more than that. I made another recipe of yours where it said 1 chicken thigh meat but I put two in and did not double the sauces but tasted fine. Can you please confirm how much chicken is there in this recipe. Thanks

You have the luckiest dogs for many reasons, particular because Chinese cooking is very taste of all the spices they put in we aromatics and all those lovely spices bring that food to life and if I was a dog in your kitchen or you were cooking Id be very well behaved , and pray to God you throw me a scrap .
And what a tasty scrap that would be if I was that 🐶 dog ☺️
