1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine
50g Red Bell Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic
Spring Onion
Oil
FOR PORK MARINADES:
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
