Recipe:
2.2 lbs. ground beef 85% lean meat
1 lb. ground beef 95% lean meat
1 & 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1tsp. paprika
2 tsp dried onion
1tsp. salt (optional)Soy sauce is enough for me
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. canola oil for frying
