Keith Dresser, I LOVE the cold pan roasting method for Brussels sprouts. I added my own bougie touch with diced pancetta. It was fantastic!

Very informative.
Very instresting.
I saw you talked about cleaning Dutch Ovens, and suggested hot soapy water. I can't find any dishwashing soap at my supermarket — all the dishwashing stuff at my store is detergent, not soap. Do you have a dishwashing soap you recommend?

I've been using Bon Ami on my Le cruset for 30 yrs! It works, is inexpensive and non abrasive for surface cleaning. I also use bleach for deep stains but just avoid the stains to begin with. Just remembered about the yeast – just test it before using by putting a bit in some lukewarm water and after 10 minutes or so, if it bubbles it's okay to use.
I would suggest that the show be better produced. Too loosely done. It's ok but can be better.
As constructively as possible: I was enjoying the content but stopped watching because the number of um’s and actually’s was making me crazy.
Keith is such a silver fox daddy
