  1. We use Italian sausage links with fennel. Braciole beef which has Italian parsley and minced garlic inside the rolled up beef braciole. And, of course, Italian meatballs.
    Meatballs have Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, chopped Italian parsley, garlic or garlic powder. Onion powder, beaten eggs and grated Italian cheese. (Pecorino Romano or another kind)
    RAO’s jar sauce is super delicious.

  2. I ake ru with. , OIL IN A PAN YOU PUT IN FLOUR AND. MIX UNTIL THE FLOUR AND OIL GET BROWISH RED THAN YOU PUT IN TOMATOE SAUSE AND MIX, IT GETS THICKER. YPU LET IT GET THICK AS YPU WANT IT IS. TERRIFIC , put it over whatever. Is. Cooking. On the stove on top for a. 2 to 5 minutes it is awesome my kids love it.

  3. Most of these look good but not that lasagne. Breakfast sausage, cottage cheese and that dry, sliced mozzarella don't belong anywhere near lasagne. Italian sausage, ricotta and a good quality, freshly grated mozzarella are better choices. Cottage cheese has a much stronger, distinctive flavor than ricotta which doesn't really have much flavor. The only people I've ever seen or heard of using cottage cheese in lasagne are Southerners and Mid-Westerners.
