I do a similar version, just less involved because im lazy. Mac n cheese, can of tomato soup, 1 lb of ground beef, seasoned how i like to season my spaghetti sauce. Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, oregano, basil, sometimes ill toss in some cayenne pepper for a little kick. Its a big ol mix and match for seasonings, but thats the base i use and its cheap to make at home. If youre feeling taco mac, just replace the tomato soup and seasonings with however you make your tacos and top with sour cream and shredded cheese. Either way, kids love it.
