After I put the BBQ sauce on do I put it back to broil for 5 minutes or put it back into the oven at 350 degrees? I wasn't sure. Thanks
These look amazing! I am trying them tomorrow – I got a 5lb family pack of bone-in pork chops at Save-a-Lot for $1.69/lb … that's pretty damn inexpensive for meat in these 2022 times lol. Hope them come out as good-looking as yours!

Why clean it with acids from lemon or lime just to dump it in room temp water thats filled with bacteria and chemicals?

Kind of confusing instructions at the end. You say to "bake" for 10 more minutes on "broil" and then put back in the oven for 5 more minutes after adding the BBQ sauce. You can't bake on broil but you can broil on broil. The real question is what should the oven be set on for the last 5 minutes bake or broil. You don't say.
