    Have had my Pit Barrel for going on 5 years now. It is the best.

    Is the mop for flavor only? Because I've never had anything come out dry on my Pit Barrel.

  2. I've been BBQ'ing since the 1960s and learned after a couple of decades that the most important thing is the BBQ itself. Once you have a large high-quality BBQ like the Green Egg turning out superior foods is so easy. The best thing is that you use about 1/4 of the energy with better results.

  3. Favorite BBQ joint growing up we sat between the open pits to eat. I have a 3k offset smoker that sits in the garage while my pit barrel churns out the “old school” pit flavored ribs. Great video.
