I've been BBQ'ing since the 1960s and learned after a couple of decades that the most important thing is the BBQ itself. Once you have a large high-quality BBQ like the Green Egg turning out superior foods is so easy. The best thing is that you use about 1/4 of the energy with better results.

Favorite BBQ joint growing up we sat between the open pits to eat. I have a 3k offset smoker that sits in the garage while my pit barrel churns out the “old school” pit flavored ribs. Great video.
