Chud, next time you have some bacon wrapped scallops you should baste them with garlic butter and lemon juice.
You asked about series suggestions, a collab catch, clean, cook series with deer meat for dinner would be amazing if you have time for it. Would love to see elk sausage and what you would do with alligator and wild boar.

Just couple other rubs you should try I think. Killer hogs line of rubs, and the flat top king line of rubs(I know it’s says flat top but he has an all purpose, burger rub and a bbq rub)
